| Why a feminine Grand Lodge? |
| To share our questioning and thoughts among women and become fully aware of our feminine identity and our responsibilities as women in the world. |

| What happens during a Masonic meeting? |
| Each meeting is opened according to an immutable ritual, which enables each participant to free her mind in order to be creative and attentive to others. A debate on symbolic, philosophical or social themes then follows, according to specific rules. |

| The ritual creates rhythm and order; it situates each participant in a space of liberty and fraternity and structures her quest for meaning. |

| Why an initiation? |
| "Initiation" is a beginning; in a way, it is a rebirth providing another vision of oneself and of the world, allowing questioning oneself and becoming acutely aware of one's inner life. |

| What does a woman Mason do in her daily life? |
| She is a committed citizen who practices the values of Freemason in her family, social and professional environment. She concretely contributes to promote the values of Liberty, Equality, Fraternity and Tolerance. |

| Why the secret? |
| Is there really a secret? Initiation can only be understood by experiencing it. Its content is thus incommunicable. Moreover, though each Mason is free to reveal his or her own membership, in no case may he or she divulge the membership of his or her fellow Masons. |

| Isn't the GLFF a sect? |
| Open to the world, the GLFF is by no means a religious order or a sect. It does not proselytise or influence women to join. An application must be made for admission. A Lodge must approve it. Any woman who wishes to resign is totally free to do so. |

| They represent a large diversity, from all professional and social backgrounds. |
